SABIC At K2022
Discover how SABIC addresses global trends through ‘Making the change real’ together at K2022
SABIC will demonstrate how chemistry is making a remarkable difference across industries and driving tangible change. This year, its solutions will emphasize two key areas: the circular economy for plastics and a clean air economy through the transition to product electrification.
On display at K Show 2022 will be SABIC’s elevated commitment and dedicated program in support of the world’s shift to electric power, with the transition to electric vehicles as a starting point. The new program, known as BLUEHERO™, is SABIC’s evolving ecosystem of products, solutions, intelligence and initiatives, designed to help accelerate the world’s energy transition from fossil fuels to electric power. With road transport making up a significant share of total global CO2 emissions, the program will build upon the company’s established materials and capabilities to help the automotive value chain move ever closer to a world with zero tailpipe emissions.

SABIC’s booth will showcase its latest innovations and sustainable solutions across a range of industries, including: Building & Construction, Electrical & Electronics, Transportation, Health & Hygiene, Consumer Goods, and Advanced Packaging.
K Show is encouraging industry players to set the example for how a circular economy for plastics can be achieved. Making this change a reality will require a total transformation of the value chain. With this in mind, SABIC’s TRUCIRCLE™ program is designed to give manufacturers access to more sustainable materials and offers a range of solutions, including: design for recyclability, mechanically recycled products, certified circular products, certified renewable products and closed loop initiatives.
